Elevator Bucket Venting Holes

The bottom hole can improve the filling coefficient. When unloading, the air is returned through the opening, so it can prevent the production of vacuum so as to suck in some materials and produce the phenomenon of material return.

For especially light loading materials, such as alfalfa powder, sieve dust, and bran, the venting holes not only minimizes material loss during loading and unloading, but also reduces air confusion and airflow in the hoist barrel, greatly reducing the flow of these light materials back to the bottom.

A variety of venting modes are available according to customer requirements.
