OUR BUCKETS' FEATURE

DS series belong to heavy agricultural type deep bucket. It is also an improved and thickened version of the OS series.
According to north American prototype bucket of this series, combined with domestic elevator bucket design characteristics and our design concept.
This series can be used interchangeably with foreign HO/CC winnowing pan series, The S series has a lower back height than the D Series.
Recommended minimum bucket distance is size "B"+ 25 mm size, can be adjusted according to request of lifting capacity winnowing pan installation spacing;
It is recommended that the linear speed of the elevator be less than 2.5 m/s. Can be adjusted according to the size of the head wheel diameter of the elevator, as well as the change of grain Angle.
Recommend using (Z-Y)+10% as usable capacity for engineering design.
The data in the table is based on HOPE material, and the corresponding data of nylon material is +1 .5% on this basis)
